Our gifts are available to purchase both over the counter at our restaurants and via our online store! Gift vouchers can only be purchased over counter.

T&C’s

  • Bookings for under 10 people have a 1.5 hour maximum time limit

  • Bookings for 10 or more people have a 2 hour maximum time limit

  • We only are able to hold your table 15 minutes after your booking time – so if you are running late kindly let us know

  • For bookings up to 3pm we have a minimum spend of $20 a head, not including children.

  • We are offering our FULL menu on the day, with breakfast available until 5pm

  • A Sunday surcharge of 10% will apply for Mother’s Day to help us deliver our full menu offering and best possible experience for your booking

  • Shop-a-dockets, Lux/Scoopon/Groupon Vouchers and Entertainment vouchers are not eligible on this day

  • Note while we will do our best to allocate you your preferred seating – this cannot be guaranteed

  • Competition Terms & Conditions:

    Location of Entry Bookings can be placed one of two ways: The Pancake Parlour’s online bookings platform or over the phone with a team member. Promotion Period starts: 10:01am AEDST 17/04/2024 and ends: 11:59pm AEDST 11/05/2024. Maximum Number of entries - entrants can only enter once. Entries valid for bookings made on the 12/05/2024 only. Bookings made must be attended to qualify as an entry. Any booking deemed a duplicate booking for the purpose of gaining more entries into the competition will be disqualified. Walk ins on the day are not valid as a ‘booking’ or ‘entry’ to competition. Competition Prize is 1 x lovely Mother’s Day hamper per location. 1 x winner per location booking.
